Exercising daily is one of the best things you can do for yourself. I love teaching fitness classes and my students. My classes are designed for any level and are fun and easy to do. Join me for live Pilates or Barre Class or watch one of my vidoes.
Whether your goal is to build strength, increase flexibility, or lose a few unwanted pounds, it begins with the decision to change your lifestyle. My education and training completes my coaching arsenal – allowing me to provide you, the client, with the tools and methods you need to achieve your goals.
My own journey to finding a healthy lifestyle has given me insight into the many challenges one encounters. This enables me to bring a high level of empathy, respect, and understanding. I am a certified Lifestyle and Weight Management Coach and here to help you look and feel the best that you can be.
I met Anna Alioto-Hogan several years ago when she was teaching Sculpt at the Sequoia YMCA. I always loved her classes as they are fun, challenging and she has such nice energy. Anna would walk around the class and make adjustments to be sure you had good form so you wouldn’t hurt yourself. She would give modifications so whatever level you were capable of, you would still feel like you had a good workout.
Now with Covid, Anna is teaching virtually and even when I don’t do her Pilates or Barre classes in person virtually, I’m able to go to her YouTube channel and still get a great workout. I love how she does a good stretch/warm-up before, during and after the workout. It’s rare that I’m sore (unless it’s my abs!), but I can tell I’ve definitely worked out and am staying strong.
Anna and I have become friends and I really value her friendship. She is a sweet, caring person and I’m grateful she came into my life. ~ Nancy G.

I have been working out under Anna’s tutelage for 7 years at my local YMCA where she teaches a Sculpt class. Like many people, I don’t love exercising, but I absolutely love Anna’s class. It is never boring. It is always fun. It is a great workout. She varies her routines so one never knows what to expect. She’s very good at walking around the class to ensure proper form. She offers modifications so the class is not intimidating. She is not judgmental and is very caring. She is very knowledgable.
She is generous with her time, so much so that she has offered classes online during the pandemic which are equally as good (and even more charming when visited by her cats). I have suggested various online exercise classes to friends, and Anna’s remain their favorite. She remains mine as well, and, with my goal of staying healthy, I am so happy to have her in my life. ~ Peggy C.
